✦ Process ✦

Since I work full-time outside of art, please allow 2 to 5 weeks for completion. I’ll do my best to keep you informed throughout the process.To get started, please contact me via email: [email protected] with the type of commission you're interested in.In your message, please include the following info for your character (maximum 2 per order):

Name: your charater name
Appearance: Written description + image references if you have
Personality: Even a brief idea helps!
Details you'd like to include: (specific outfits, items, poses, expressions, background elements, animals, atmosphere etc.)

Image references are always appreciated and can be a big help in bringing your vision to life. (Pinterest moodboards or other visual aids are also great if you have them) Written descriptions are absolutely welcome too.

  • Once I review your request, I’ll get back to you within 24 hours with the final price and confirmation.

  • Please wait for my approval before sending any payment.

  • Once payment is received, I’ll begin your commission and keep you updated.

  • You'll receive a sketch first, where you can freely request changes. Once it's approved, I’ll move on to coloring, after which only minor tweaks are possible.

  • I’ll keep you updated throughout the process with work-in-progress previews. Minor revisions are welcome at these stages. Please note that major changes may incur an extra fee, depending on their complexity.

  • The final high-resolution image (JPEG or PNG) will be delivered via email.

  • If you have a tight deadline, please inform me beforehand. Rush fees may apply.

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service:

  • Payments are accepted via PayPal.

  • Full payment is required upfront before any work begins.

  • I do not accept cryptocurrency.

  • Do not use my artwork for NFTs or AI datasets under any circumstances.

  • I will not accept commissions that include hate content, harmful imagery, or extreme gore.

  • Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or profit from my artwork is not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

  • I reserve the right to reject or cancel a commission for any reason.

  • All sales are final. If for any reason I cannot complete the commission, I will issue a full refund.

  • By commissioning me, you acknowledge that this is a digital product only. No physical items will be shipped.

  • All client information is treated as confidential and used solely for the purposes of completing your commission

  • I keep the right to share and post the finished artwork in my portfolio or on social media (unless we’ve discussed otherwise).

  • If you share the finished piece, please credit me as the artist.
